Dry Needling
Dry needling is a procedure which utilises solid filament (acupuncture) needles and inserted into the skin and muscle directly at a myofascial triggerpoint. Targeting trigger points cause favourable biochemical changes which assist in reducing pain. Dry Needling can be used for a variety of musculoskeletal problems which include but are not limited to:
